Movement has always been at the centre of my life - from high-level adventure sports to daily embodied practices like yoga, pilates, and breathwork.
When my health shifted and I found myself unable to function in the way I once could, everything changed.
I began rebuilding my body slowly and intentionally through root cause healing and detox - focusing on nervous system regulation, movement, breath, and holistic health practices that support the body at a deeper level.
What I teach now is what I live: simple, body-led tools that help regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and support coming back to balance from within.
This is about returning to balance - so real, lasting change becomes possible.
